SZA Taps Donald Glover and Her Mom for Dreamy "Garden" Music Video

The past month has seen a lot from creative multi-talent Donald Glover. From staring in his own television series Atlanta, both hosting and performing on Saturday Night Live, acting as Lando Calrissian in Solo: A Star Wars Story and gearing up for a musical tour this fall, the dude is a little busy (to say the least). Not too busy, however, to appear in another fellow game-changer's latest music video. Having had the R&B vocalist appear in his recent "This is America" visuals, Glover returns the favor by making an appearance in the beauty queen, singer, dancer, real-yet-seemingly-surreal SZA's latest “Garden” effort. (And it's nothing short of ethereal.)

SZA just unveiled a lush and kaleidoscopic video for sentimental Ctrl track, “Garden.” Directed by no other than it-girl director Karena Evans (responsible for Drake’s “God’s Plan” and “Nice For What” visuals), the four-minute effort sees SZA looking dreamy (per usual) amidst Mother Nature with special appearances from Glover and SZA’s mom, Audrey Rowe. Watch as SZA awakens beside the ocean and is grounded by love while pouring her heart into our ears. A song and video to put you in your feels and freeze there, even just for a moment.
