A$AP Rocky Taps D.R.A.M. for Pre-album Teaser, "5IVE $TAR$"

A couple of hours ago, A$AP Rocky dropped two minutes and 40 seconds worth of a Soundcloud teaser preluding his forthcoming LP release. The new track dubbed "☆☆☆☆☆ 5IVE $TAR$" has already gotten a lot of people talking as it's one of the artist's first for the new year. Based on the description accompanying the AWGE-posted track, it seems as though the prominent A$AP Mob member will soon be unveiling his upcoming Testing album that fans have been patiently waiting for. The freshly served up song has even been given a vocal feature from Big Baby D.R.A.M. himself.

Although the song talks a lot about "5 stars," a variety of listeners are questioning if the new joint deserves the same rating. While folks have left comments about how the beat slaps and the overall vibe is "dope," others are disappointed by the quality, mixing and mastering (or lack there of). Despite the mixed reviews, "5IVE $TAR$" is certainly getting plays and bumping in someone's speakers so A$AP must be doing something right.
