California's Coachella Valley has once again been transformed into a hub of art and creativity thanks to this years Desert X. Installations built across the vast landscape provide a neutral, yet provocative backdrop for the large scale works. Following the inaugural event in 2017, this year’s DX features pieces from nineteen world-renown contemporary artists from Jenny Holzer to Sterling Ruby.

Spread out across fifty-five miles of desert, the biennial encourages visitors to spend one to two whole days exploring the natural landscapes, while presenting a range of considerations from environmental themes to political works. Desert X is on view now and will be open until April 21.
