Two Redheads, An Interview and A Skate Photographer to Capture It All

When skate photographer and Monster Children contributor Andrew Peters witnessed a back-and-forth interview between his two "ginger" homies–skater Adian Mackey and Alexander Riley aka Bag– the result was an honest conversation about personal preferences, jokes, and unlikely film ideas. But despite there being a open exchange between the two youngsters, it was Peters' photography that perfectly captured the effortless and unconfined (what some may call rebellious) nature of youth culture. Whether it was the "would you rather" type of questions about wearing women's underwear versus high heels or straight-up inquiries like "Have you jerked off in my house?",  Adian and Bag had quite a dialogue while Peters translated the conversation into visual form.

Below and above you'll find some friends going against the grain and acting young, dumb and free like we all secretly crave to do. Perhaps the most captivating part of it all is how amusing the day of water balloons and rooftops seems or how easy entertaining yourself can be when you're with a bunch of like-minded, nonconformist youngsters searching  for a good time.  Peep some of Peters captures below and head here to read the full interview on Monster Children.
