Unrated Delivers an Exclusive Editorial of ASICS GEL-Lyte V SANZE in Paris' Red Light District
Piggybacking off of the highly-energtic second Unrated and ASICS WAVES event featuring the likes of Tokyo-based rap crew kiLLa, we've collaborated with ASICS Tiger for a vibrant editorial highlighting the new GEL-Lyte V SANZE silhouette. Strategically lit by the glowing hints of neon peeking out amidst the streets of Pigalle, the exclusive imagery provides a new gaze of ASICS Tiger's hot new pair of knitted kicks with no other than the radiancy of Paris' Red Light District as its backdrop. What better way to show off the GEL-Lyte V SANZE's flexible upper encapsulated by an overlay and supported by a thick sole unit than a cutting-edge photoshoot flooded with color and reflective light?
By combining both digital and analog formats to pick up on the acid-like hues surrounding, this visual offering maintains a particular rawness while capturing the authentic nature of the new sock-like shoe. Tapping French photographer Rémi Ferrante to put his visual touch on the project, our latest editorial sees kiLL Tokyo's KEPHA, Blaise, Arjuna and No Flower sporting distinct colorways of the fresh SANZE pair while drenched in saturated reds, blues and greens. Ferrante, known for his vivid imagery and colorful renderings for BLAST magazine, couldn't have done a better job of soaking each photo in every corner of the rainbow. A perfect blend of fashion, music, and strong visuals, watch as reflective beams of city nightlife bounce off of the Japanese rap clique and their GEL-Lyte V SANZE pairs below.
