Abra Drops Bump-Worthy Hypnotic Track, “B.R.A.T.”
No one is stopping Awful Records songstress Abra, and she's not afraid to let you know it. The alternative R&B, self-proclaimed "Darkwave Duchess" dropped "Novacane" as a part of Adult Swim's Singles program in late September then "Bacardi" a month later, and she's continuing her moody and mesmerizing sonic efforts by unveiling a new song in 2018. "B.R.A.T." may only be two-minutes in length, but the amount of times you'll have it on repeat will give it an endless feel. Equally as fierce as her last tracks but with a new bump, the Atlanta-born artist is reminding listeners that she's doing what she wants and you can't tell her nothing.
"B.R.A.T." has a perfect cruising-in-the-whip sound with hypnotic vocals to maintain Abra's signature mysterious flow. The new Father-produced joint is sure to have your head nodding, shoulders moving, and speakers blazing no matter the time or place. Not only is the darkwave singer serving up new music, but she's also taking a leap into the acting world and will make her debut in upcoming thriller Assassination Nation later this year. Keep your eyes peeled for her future endeavors and listen to Abra's new single "B.R.A.T." above.
