Thrasher has released a little teaser video titled This Is Not The Mehrathon Video. The 13-odd minute clip, as the title states, is actually a warm-up vid for the real Mehrathon Video, slated to release in 2017. Whatever the case, the video is shot by Eric Lebeau and features a gang of great skaters, all of which includes Thrasher’s Canadian riders—from Dylan Dillz, Jessy Jean Bart, Philippe Dulude, Jesse Ramirez and Barry Walsh to Cody Cormier, Shayne Eldridge and Mike McCourt, to name just a few.

The new Thrasher flick packs all the label’s signature skate glory and humor, with an added touch of Canadian flavor.

The latest visuals continues Thrasher’s core mantra to “skate and destroy,” but serves to pay respect to the 1990 classic H-Street flick This Is Not The New H-Street Video. In conjunction with Montreal streetwear distributor Mehrathon, the new Thrasher flick packs all the label’s signature skate glory and humor, with an added touch of Canadian flavor. Such as Adam Hopkins quite possibly living every kids dream by skating down a massive ramp to superman into a giant moon bounce.

Whether or not This Is Not The Mehrathon Video is actually the real Mehrathon Video is beyond us. So regardless if Thrasher is just fucking with us, the video is dope, so be sure to check it out, and whatever they have in store for us come 2017.
