As fans the world over prepare themselves for the official release of the latest edition to the epic Star Wars franchise, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, so are the myriad of brands and company jumping in on the opportunity to capitalize on the now mainstream phenomenon. One such brand is Nissan, who pay its ow homage to the impending chapter with these unequivocally awesome concept creations. The project, which was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show, sees a number of the car brand’s models suited up to look like vehicles within the Star Wars Universe.
In detailing the designs, we see the The Rouge dressed up as Poe Dameron’s X-wing Starfighter, and even comes with BB-8 sticking out the roof, with another Rouge sporting the looks of an A-wing fighter in blue and white. Following that we have three individual Nissan Maximas: one dressed to resemble Kylo Ren‘s black and silver facemask; another Ren’s TIE Silencer spacecraft, and the third as Captain Phasma‘s silver, black and red mask. Last we have the Altima sedan that comes as the First Order’s TIE Fighter, complete with multi-panel windshield, TIE Fighter hubcaps, a full body wrap, and even speakers so that you can boom TIE Fighter and blaster sound effects as you scream down the street. Be sure to catch these bad boys live at the show running Dec 1 to Dec 10, as unfortunately we may not see them again after that.
