Nike’s Air Vapormax Plus Get’s A Watercolor-Esque Colorway
Were you one of those people who would put on a mood ring and watch it settle somewhere between a royal blue, magenta purple and pinkish hue? Or maybe you were the kid who grinned ear to ear while watching sunset-like watercolor paints bleed together? Well Nike has made a shoe that knows just how that goes. As the sportswear giant preps for their variety of Air Max Day releases, they’re adding a gradient-toned iteration to their forever augmenting collection. Unlike their Triple Black and other tonal assortments of the Air Vapormax Plus, this rendition is a sure eye-catcher with it’s tie-dye-esque colorway and bubble-like midsole.
A combination of Racer Blue, Hyper Violet Red, and Team Red, these multicolored kicks are sure to add some spice to any outfit you choose to pair with. Aside from the upper and tongue, though, these acid colored sneakers are accented in all-black– from the supportive Vapormax bottom and supportive TPU overlay to the laces and collar lining. Take a good look at the soon-to-drop Air Vapormax Plus above and, if you’re into the saturated vibrancy, look to cop at select retailers for $190 USD on January 25.
