For 29-year old skater/photographer Friedjof Feye, skateboarding is the ultimate escape from the stresses of everyday life. The Hanover-based creative finds that speaking through his photographs is a more effective, and far more preferred way of providing his personal narrative to the world. His client list includes the likes of Lowdown Magazine, MOB Skateboards and lousy livin, to name a few.

The monochromatic photographs are another set of Feye’s that show his keen ability to slow life down.

Having shot all around Europe and a few stateside cities, such as San Francisco, Feye’s photographs take as much cue from their surrounding locations as it does to skateboarding. Most of the featured images have been shot in the city of Montpellier, located in the South of France. The monochromatic photographs are another set of Feye’s that show his keen ability to slow life down.
