To celebrate the release of its latest rendition of the Matchcourt RX, adidas Skateboarding has gone above and beyond by bringing together an all-star cast of skaters for the official video edit celebrating the launch. Boycotting your typical street-side skate bit, the major sportswear brand has instead decided to hit Portland, Oregon to grace a number of its Skateboarding division ambassadors with a one-of-a-kind, multi-layered skate obstacle, which the brand plants smack-bang in the middle of a tennis court for smooth operation, while keeping in line with the shoe’s court-side heritage.

With OG legend Daewon Song taking the helm with exploring the set up–which was built according to Song’s very own specs–the video goes on to showcase fellow pro skaters Blondey McCoy, Na-Kel Smith, Nestor Judkins and Dennis Busenitz as they take turns shredding the transformable plaything up with a mix of technical and straightforward tricks. The diversity in the wear test seen above serves to highlight the diverse capabilities and durability of the shoe itself, which looks to be coming in an array of colorways. Enjoy the video in the jump above, and be sure to look out for the new adidas Skateboarding Matchcourt RX to drop come March 30 at adidas locations and online.
