Yohji Yamamoto never ceases to impress sneaker enthusiasts with his futuristic take on sneaker designs. adidas and Y-3 recently released an ultra-sleek colorway for the Kydo silhouette, and even if you’re not a diehard Y-3 fan, it’s still something to marvel at. Upon first glance, the sneaker will make fans of the Y-3 line instantly recall the Khona model. However, this beauty of a design features a woven neoprene upper in black and white. In the essence of consistently keeping things sleek and advanced in appearance, the shoe is anchored by a segmented midsole, which gives off sculptural vibes, along with the upper being accented with roped laces. This well-thought out design also features a quarter-panel leather strap, and monochromatic branding on both the heel and toe of the silhouette. The Y-3 Kydo in Black/White comes in S-M-L-XL sizing and is available now for $290 USD at Feature Sneaker Boutique.
